Services - Renewable Energy - Proposed Business Plan
Schaltech has foreseen the revolution in the Renewable energy sector and has become a part of it. As far as three years back, the First Hybrid system of Solar - Mains - Difsel - Batteries was supplied to M/s IDL Ltd., Hyderabad, India . This system Order was executed on turnkey basis by Schaltech as a trial order. The system has been working satisfactorily for the last three years, which has given us tremendous confidence. This system is used for Powering up M/s IDL's process computers, which Control the operation of their entire plant.
Our Principals M/s. Siemens Ltd are the World leaders to SPV Industry and have installed more than 200 MW Capacity. They are the Number One manufacturere and the second is yet to Cross even 100 MW. Siemens has SPV manufacturing Plants, in many Countries around the World. While the plant in California, U.S.A. manufactures all modules, they have recently started their manufacturing activity in India with SP75 module.

As system Integrator of SIEMENS, we have their full technical Logistics and infrastructure support in fact for large enquiries, directly sent to them, they forward and authorise us to submit offer on their behalf. With the support of the World leader behind us, we hope to do well in this segment.
The SPV modules will be sourced from SIEMENS, U.S.A. or Indian Plant, depending upon the Type of module required. Power Conditioning units will be procured from Advanced Energy Systems, Australia or Trace Engineering Corpn. U.S.A. Regarding batteries, Lead Acid batteries, used in the Industry sector is available within the Country. If Nickel Cadrium batteries (which are mostly used in TELECOM/OFF-SHORE) are required, same will be imported. SIEMENS will also help us in proper sourcing of materials, so that overall systems work satisfactorily.
We have been associated with SIEMENS LTD. for the past twenty years, first ten years as an employee and the last ten years as their system Integrator. We have an full fledged Factory at Hyderabad in India with fully trained technical manpower to handle the above tasks.
Current Order Status
We have already received three orders from Clients on lease basis. Copies of which have been forwarded to the Bank. These Orders are totally valued at Rs. 3,88,00,000 (Rupees Three Crores Eighty Eight Lakhs only) on actual equipment value basis, as explained earlier.
BUSINESS PROJECTIONS FOR THE YEAR 2000-01
We are in serious discussions with the following Clients and are hopeful of finalising the orders in the next four weeks.
